How We Ship Your Order

Every order is dispatched from our warehouse with care, and delivered by trusted Pakistani couriers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays). You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with tracking details once shipped.

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@thedryfit.com with your order number. We'll arrange pickup and guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process a refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping. No return shipping charges on our mistakes.

Questions About Shipping

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll update the address for you free of charge. If it's already dispatched, we may not be able to change it, but we'll do our best to coordinate with the courier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon. If you're outside Pakistan and want to order, message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to arrange something.
What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If it's damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including any delivery charges. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and more. You only pay when the parcel is delivered to your doorstep.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a WhatsApp message with your courier tracking number. You can use that number on the courier's website (TCS, Leopards, or other) to track your parcel in real time.
